Anthropic has introduced a beta feature for users to reflect on and refine their use of Claude, an AI assistant.

This new feature allows users to track and visualize their interactions with Claude, providing insights into usage patterns and alignment with personal goals. Available in the Settings menu on both the web and desktop app, the reflection dashboard summarizes key topics and tasks addressed over various timeframes, including 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Additionally, it offers a breakdown of usage frequency and task focus, with plans to include time-spent metrics in the future.
